Our history<\/h2>

Arrels was born in the heart of Sagunto's old town, in a place full of history and charm. As you climb up towards the imposing Sagunto Castle, you will find us at number 18, in a very special place: the former stables of the Palace of the Dukes of Gaeta, a 16th-century medieval palace.<\/p>\n

From the very beginning, we knew that this space was perfect for bringing our project to life. Our dining room still features unique architectural elements, such as two Gothic arches, one Mozarabic and the other Romanesque, which connect us to history and inspire us every day.<\/p>\n

Arrels is the result of combining tradition, respect for the past and a creative approach to contemporary cuisine.<\/p>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n

At only 25 years old she decided to open her first restaurant, Arrels, located in renovated 16th century stables in Sagunto.
