Vicky Sevilla is a Valencian chef and entrepreneur who opened her restaurant Arrels at just 25 years old. In 2023, at the age of 30, she made history by becoming the youngest female chef in Spain to receive a MICHELIN Star. Her career has also been recognized with a Repsol Sun.
