THE CHEF

Trained in Castellón, she has cooked under the orders of prestigious Valencian chefs such as Susi Díaz (La Finca), Vicente Patiño (Saiti) and Begoña Rodrigo (La Salita).
At only 25 years old she decided to open her first restaurant, Arrels, located in renovated 16th century stables in Sagunto.
