THE CHEF

Trained in Castellón, she has cooked under the orders of prestigious Valencian chefs such as Susi Dias (La Finca), Vicente Patiño (Saiti) and Begoña Rodrigo (La Salita).
At only 25 years old she decided to open her first restaurant, Arrels, located in renovated 16th century stables in Sagunto.
Barely a year after opening, Vicky was named “Young Promise of the Valencian Community 2018”, a prize awarded by the Levante daily newspaper and the guide to the 55 best restaurants in the Valencian Community.
She has participated in such important gastronomic events as the DNA Festival, by Quique Dacosta and Gastronoma Valencia.
She is young and will surely have everyone talking.

Vicky Sevilla is a chef with Mediterranean essence.
